"
Trolls exist! They steal your socks. But only the left ones. What's with that?" --Gobber
Ohohohh, they can do much more than
that....
Tromping in at number
two on Contraltissimo's
DeviantArt How To Train Your Dragon DVD Countdown List of Awesomeness.... Crane your necks back and say hello to the
Giants!
A heartfelt
thank you goes to

for her generosity in allowing me to include one
big friend of hers in my humble list.
You may have seen him here or there. A curiosity you've glanced over and shaken off.
Giant-sized Hiccup? Had the artist simply
failed to grasp any sense of perspective? Of spatial composition?
Quite to the contrary, she is one of the finest artists you may have had the good fortune to stumble upon, and she knows
exactly what she is doing. Pencils, markers, acrylics, MSPaint and
many other media veritably
tremble before her mad, mad skills.
From the time How To Train Your Dragon was fresh in theaters, *
Bonka-chan's
Giant Hiccup has been leaving his rather large footprint around DeviantArt in the visual arts, in written word, and in our hearts. His story is one of gargantuan problems, troublesome trolls, ridiculous predicaments, heartache, regret, hopelessness and loss.... but also.... perhaps
mostly.... it is one of
love.
Truly one of the most unique turns our heroes from Berk could possibly take, the Story of Giant Hiccup, for all its ponderous, towering mass, certainly does strum a feather-light, tender melody across the heartstrings.
But far be it from
me to let you to take
my word for it.
It would be better instead for you go straight to the
Source, and see for yourself.
And the DVD comes out in2...
Start the countdown over!or

Saturday morning, I’m really not sure what I was dreaming about, but when I woke up, the only image left in my head.... was Hiccup, giant-sized, climbing wunna those rocks-spires around the island, all King Kong style, holding a little tiny Astrid in one hand, and being buzzed by a tiny little Snotlout on his tiny little Monstrous Nightmare.
....
Yeah.
